CHRISTINE’S STORY…….

Christine came to me looking for help to lose weight for a cruise holiday she had coming up.

Christine was an absolute joy to work with. She took on the challenge with full gusto and made lifestyle changes that she will maintain for life. I analysed her current eating habits and exercise routine and prepared a versatile plan that fitted in with her busy life, whilst allowing her to still enjoy the foods she loves. I gave Christine the knowledge and tools to allow her to continue her fitness journey well into the future.

Heather has been encouraging and supportive. I asked her to help me lose two stone and get me fit again.

She set out a varied and challenging 12 week plan which included diet and exercise. I found the diet very easy to follow, as she provided me with recipes to try out. The exercise’s were hard at first, as I was so out of shape, but they were fun. She kept me motivated throughout with regular check-in’s to see how I was getting on.

She made me believe in myself that I could achieve anything and the results soon started to show. My weight started to drop off and I felt much fitter and healthier in just a few short weeks and my energy levels have increased so much.

Heather is such an inspiration and I would recommend her as a personal trainer to anyone.

EMMA’S STORY

Emma came to me looking to lose a few pounds. She was a healthy weight but just didn’t feel comfortable in her body. Her clothes felt a little tight and she had lost her mojo for exercise during lockdown. Emma started my 12 week plan designed specifically for her needs, focusing on helping her regain a good relationship with food and exercise.

I didn’t want a ‘diet’ and that’s one thing we ruled out at the beginning of my 12 week plan. I didn’t do great every week but Heather was there, encouraging and motivating me the whole way through to dust myself off and carry on! I now have a far better relationship with food in comparison to what I did before and that’s all down to her expertise.

The zoom classes were fun too and didn’t feel a grueling task, plus I felt the benefits after each workout which also gave me a boost. If you’re thinking changing your lifestyle for the better get in touch with Heather.

PAULA’S-STORY

Paula has always been incredibly fit and active but when injury and a bout of illness stopped her in her tracks, her weight started to increase. She worked hard and lost a good amount of body fat at the start of 2022 but when her weight loss endeavours plateaued, she decided to reach out for support from myself.

We set up a manageable training plan to ease her back into exercise, along with a realistic, sustainable nutrition plan that allowed for diet breaks, so that she could enjoy meals out, holidays and special occasions without guilt and without sabotaging her goals.

This along with weekly PT sessions, accountability check-ins to ensure she was fully supported, help to manage her demanding job by focusing on a good work/life balance, guidance on how to improve her sleep health and coping mechanisms for stress whilst remaining disciplined and focused, all resulted in Paula’s success story..

Paula had already lost a good amount of body fat and came to me in August 2022 hoping to lose a further 2 stones and keep it off. Since August she is already 1 st 12 lb down in less than 4 months. She is an incredibly determined lady and her zest for life inspires me.

We are now working towards a 10km run in February 2023. Paula invited me to join her and I cant wait. The future is bright, healthy and happy for this wonderful lady and it is an absolute pleasure working with her.

Heather came highly recommended from my friend and she really didn’t disappoint! She is so much more than PTs that I have used before. I needed to get fit again after poor health after having covid. I loved the accountability of the weekly check ins and every PT session was different and she keeps excellent records! 

The support with nutrition has been immense but also supporting me to manage stress levels and better sleep.
