Whether you’re getting started, getting back into it, or looking to train smarter in midlife, I’ll meet you where you’re at.

My Premium Coaching Package is the best way to get lasting results. It combines 1-1 Personal Training in my private studio with personalised training plans, weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance and full access to my coaching app so you can track workouts, steps, progress and habits. Everything is in one place. This is full support in and out of the gym, keeping you accountable and moving forward.

I also offer 1-1 Personal Training and Buddy PT sessions if you’d prefer to keep it simple and just come for the sessions. You’ll still get a welcoming, private training space, structured workouts and a clear plan to build strength, confidence and fitness without the busy gym crowds.

Whichever option you choose, it’s about feeling stronger, moving better and building confidence in your body, whilst sticking with it long enough to see real, lasting results.

Food isn’t just about fat loss. It’s about energy, hormones, mood, recovery and long-term health.

I’ll help you understand what your body actually needs in midlife and beyond, and how to fuel it properly without cutting out the foods you love or falling into another cycle of restriction.

I work with women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond who are ready to ditch fad diets and start eating in a way that’s sustainable, satisfying and effective.

You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a way that supports your hormones, energy and fat loss without ever feeling restricted. When you know how to eat for your body and your life, progress becomes simple and sustainable.

LIFESTYLE

The biggest changes aren’t just physical. They’re in how you think, how you cope and how you show up for yourself.

So much of what I do now is about helping women in midlife cut through the noise and stay focused when life feels overwhelming. This phase isn’t easy. Hormones shift. Stress builds. Motivation dips. Old routines stop working.

That’s why my coaching focuses on more than just workouts and calories. I’ll help you manage emotional eating, create routines and minimum standards that fit your life and stay consistent through hormonal changes, busy schedules and the unexpected curveballs life throws your way.
