My gift vouchers are a fantastic option for any special occasion, from Birthdays to Christmas, Anniversaries to Valentine’s Day and everything in-between.
They can be used towards any of my services, and bespoke packages can be designed to suit your requirements and budget.
Gift vouchers are available up to any value.
At the time of purchase, I’ll require the purchaser’s full name and address details and the name of the intended recipient.
Gift vouchers will be posted out to an address of your choice by 1st Class post on the next working day. If you prefer them to be delivered by Special Delivery, this costs an additional £6.50.
When redeeming a voucher, the reference number noted on the voucher will be required.
Terms and Conditions
- To be redeemed against the cost of any package or service provided by Heather Christina Health & Fitness.
- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed if you have a valid reference number(noted on the gift voucher).
- Valid for 18 months from date of issue.
- Gift vouchers may not be accepted once expiry date has passed.
- Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No change can be given for any booking under the value shown using the voucher.
- Photocopies will not be accepted.
- All services are subject to availability.
