- Optional health optimisation phase to reset metabolism and digestion
- Support with emotional eating, sugar cravings and low appetite (if relevant)
- No extreme diet plans, just honest, sustainable strategies that work in real life
- * If you’re taking a fat loss medication like Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy, or Saxenda, I’ll help you train safely while on it — and support you with a long-term exit strategy if you’re planning to come off.

- Goal-setting and long-term strategy (not just short-term fixes)

HOW IT WORKS
Free Consultation
We’ll start with a telephone chat, no pressure, no commitment.
This is about getting to know you, where you’re at, what you’ve tried and what you actually need. I’ll explain how coaching works and we’ll decide if we’re a good fit.
Assessment
Following the call, I’ll send over your intake forms. These help me build a full picture of your training history, health conditions, goals, preferences, barriers and lifestyle. Once you’ve completed and returned them, we’ll meet face to face so you can see the studio and we’ll go through everything in more detail together.
Personalised Coaching Plan
Based on everything we’ve discussed, I’ll design your full coaching programme. This includes a full health and lifestyle review, a health optimisation phase to reset, rebuild and prepare you for the programme. It will include your weekly PT sessions, your personalised training plans (home or gym), tailored nutrition support, along with mindset and menopause guidance (if relevant). All built around your goals, your routine and what’s actually realistic for you.
Weekly Coaching Support
Each week, you’ll complete a check in form. I’ll review your progress, tweak anything that needs adjusting and keep you moving forward. No overwhelm, no guilt, no second-guessing.
You’ll also have access my members only Facebook support group and coaching podcast episodes to help you stay informed and focused.
Evolve, Progress, Repeat
Your plan will grow with you. I’ll review your goals, adjust your programme as you get stronger, and support you through whatever life throws your way, whether that’s work stress, low motivation, hormonal shifts, cravings or falling off track. I’ll help you plan for holidays, eating out and special occasions with confidence, using simple strategies that won’t throw you off course. You’ll have a routine that doesn’t fall apart when life gets busy and the structure to enjoy it all without losing progress or feeling overwhelmed.

This level of coaching takes time, energy and proper attention. It’s not just about showing up for a PT session each week. It’s about being supported through the ups, the setbacks and everything in between. That’s why I only take on a small number of Premium Coaching clients at a time. It allows me to give you the time, care and personalised input you actually need, to help you see results that last. Doing this as part of a Buddy Session pair?
You’ll both pay for the Premium Coaching package, but I’ll adjust the cost of your included PT session(s) to reflect the shared space and time. You’ll still get full coaching support, check-ins and everything else, just with your training done together.
