Buddy Training Sessions

I offer buddy personal training sessions (ladies only), in my private fitness studio – The Cabin, located in Tandem, Huddersfield.

Buddy Training is perfect if you and a friend want to train together. If you’ve got similar goals and enjoy the same kind of workouts, you still get all the perks of personal training, with the added bonus of shared focus, extra motivation, commitment, accountability and support. (and it’s easier on the purse strings too).

So grab your buddy and get working out together for great results.

Want a plan to follow between sessions ?

You can add a 10 week gym or home training plan as a BOLT-ON to your PT package. It’s a great option if you want more structure without committing to full coaching.

How it works

We start with a free consultation to chat through your goals, fitness background, confidence levels, experience, likes and dislikes, lifestyle and any injuries, limitations or worries.

From there, I’ll build out a structured plan that’s realistic, sustainable and totally focused on what you want to get from your sessions. Whether that’s building strength, boosting energy, improving technique or just feeling more confident walking into a public gym.

Every plan is tailored and every session is focused. You’ll know exactly what we’re working towards and how we’ll progress. You’ll walk in each week knowing what we’re doing and why. There’s no guesswork.

Some clients train with me once a week, some twice. Then at the end of your block, you can renew or perhaps upgrade to the Premium Coaching Package, depending on what you need next.
